Sending Messages


How to send a message

From the main page of the portal site the very first tab is Messages. To create a new message 
click the New Message option at the top. You will then see a screen similar to the

above. You can select the provider you see, if you are unsure of which provider you see any provider
will do, your message will be addressed and sent on to the appropriate provider. Then you can select
the reason that is most appropriate to your situation. Write a subject in the Subject line and then
write your message in the Message box. Please note any urgent issues should be called into the office.
Your portal message will be addressed within a 24 to 48 hour time period.

Downloading Immunizations,vitals, or history

How to download a Summary 
To download a document with immunizations, vitals, medications, etc, you will need the Chart tab.
When you click on the Chart tab you will then have a list of 14 different options that you can make
a summary of. You can create a summary of just one item on the list or a document with several items
from the list at once. To create a document you will have to click in the box next to the option or
options you want a summary of. You can then view the document by clicking Create a Summary. You will
then see a document that looks similar to the picture above. To print this document right click on the
document and select print.

Requesting a Refill

How to Request a Refill
Requesting a refill is easy! Select the Meds tab, you will then see a list of your or your child’s
medications. Click in the box next to the medication or medications that need refilling and click
Request a Refill. Your request will be processed in 24 to 48 hours. Remember you can request
a refill before you are completely out of medication! You can also change your pharmacy, create
a message and print a medication list from this section. The options are along the top.
