Wee Care Pediatrics, PLLC
Billing Policies
Time of Visit
We ask that any co-payment that you are responsible for is paid at the time of service. If you are unable to pay your co-pay at the time of service and a bill is sent for it, a $10.00 processing fee will be added to your statement. If you are having difficulty paying the balance on your account, our billing staff is more than happy to discuss a payment plan option to help spread the payments over a longer time period and create a more manageable monthly amount.  Please have your insurance card with you at every visit and available when you check in for your appointments. Insurances can change frequently and we need to have an updated insurance information so that you are properly covered and don’t end up in a mound of paperwork, or worse yet…footing the bill.
