Wee Care follows the American Academy of Pediatrics Immunization Schedule. Patients who transfer into Wee Care Pediatrics are placed on a schedule that best coordinates the timing of vaccinations and developmental needs.

Summer Physicals for Camp, Sports Programs, School, etc.
If your child has had a physical examination within 12 months of the request, we would be more than happy to complete the form/forms based on our current records. If your child has not had a physical examination within 12 months, please call the office and set up an appointment for a well-child check. To ensure a speedy turnaround we ask that you provide a fax number to forward it to, or come into the office to pick it up, You can also provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the proper mailing address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for completion. Also if a second physical form is requested PLEASE BE AWARE that there will be a $10 charge for the second copy. The second form must be picked up at the office. If you have patient portal you can also request a copy be sent to your portal.
Prescription Refill Policy
Please call for prescription refills during business hours Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for these requests. Some medications will require a "Prior Approval" from your insurance company. Please allow up to 5 business days for final approval. You can also use your patient portal to request a refill on a medication.
