After Hours Emergent Care
We offer an after hours triage service that can be reached by calling our office after business hours. We do ask that all routine, non-emergent calls be made during regular office hours. For your convenience the phone lines open at 8:00am and remain open until the practice closes for the day. We appreciate our staff’s willingness to alternate lunch schedules so that we do not have to close the phones during lunch hour.
If you are 15 minutes late or later for your appointment, you may be asked to re-schedule. If you are running late, you can call the office and see if we will still be able to see your child, or if we need to make the appointment for a later time. We wish to avoid delays in seeing patients who are on time for their appointments and guarantees that your appointment will not be rushed. No shows or same day cancellations are subject to a $25.00 charge.
